Well trained standard replies, no initiative.
I used the chat support only. From this contact I found the individuals helpful. However, they do not appear to want to answer direct questions about policy options. They also do not appear to be able to read or understand chat histories. They seem to have a standard patter and do not stray from this. Not a good experience, I took my diligence to guide them through the issue, and remind them of what was previously discussed.
