Great service

This service provides a lot of useful info. I use it mainly to track my electricity use and has prove invaluable. My old suppliers all had issues reading my smart meter but the service on u switch always works. Great service.

Well trained standard replies, no initiative.

I used the chat support only. From this contact I found the individuals helpful. However, they do not appear to want to answer direct questions about policy options. They also do not appear to be able to read or understand chat histories. They seem to have a standard patter and do not stray from this. Not a good experience, I took my diligence to guide them through the issue, and remind them of what was previously discussed.

Good price delivery could be faster.

I thought the item was a good price and liked it very much. The time to dispatch was a bit slow for my liking.

It's the customers fault for not knowing the full product structure

The web reference to the specific product was not clear so I ended up purchasing the wrong product. When I spoke to one of your operatives they implied that it was my fault for not knowing all the products that Bailey manufacture, but also acknowledged they understood my point. I have also found out I can buy the correct product direct from the manufacturer for much less. Rubbish team and support!

Not robust on Windowd

Product constantly crashes.

It's probably the video card driver being out of date. There have been a couple of isolated instances of this happening on certain windows hardware as well. Those were mainly hardware issues. Glad to see we issued your requested refund.

I was told I have to upgrade to a smart meter for economy 7. The reason was only offered after much pressing from me. Even then I feel I was manoeuvred into having the meter.

Tracking as good as useless

It is almost impossible to plan your day with your service. The tracking information will only give you a time slot approx 2 hrs before delivery. Yes you can see where the van is all day but have no idea on the route and how long it will take to deliver your item. Most other services tell you am or pm and quiet a few will advise on the window slot early on the day of delivery. Not a great system.

Curry with a Whine

Ordered the thai curry and a bottle of wine for my son's birthday. The curry was the only thing delivered. I raised the issue as soon as I found out. I was initially given no appology and was just offered the option of the wine delivered at a later date or my money back. Pretty poor experience. Whilst I understand things can go wrong, perhaps the customer service dept should be more sympathetic at the first point of contact. Secondly they could have offered a small gesture by way of showing they were sorry, I asked about complaints procedure but nothing was offered. Very unproffessional. Rick you need better staff.
I will never darken their door again.

Good interface and easy to use

Good interface and easy to use. My only issue is for those who need a receipt showing what was ordered and how much i paid, which is normal, this was not available. There were no costs so to claim this back I had to do a fair bit of work. Please amend this and 5 stars would be the score.

Great personal service and excellent…

Great personal service and excellent value for money. When I had an issue with payment the assistant spent time looking at what alternative options where available. Having said that the website card payment was not great, PayPal option worked first time. Delivery was next day and well packaged. Would use again, rare to have almost perfect service.

Extremely poor company

Extremely poor company. Ordered a composite door, after the site survey Anglian decided to increase the amount but failed to advise me of this little fact in the agreed timescale. I held them to their contract, they finally delivered the door which leaked after one week. Contacted Anglian who denied this was even possible. I sent the video of the water ingress, they stalled a lot. Finally agreed to send a new door, new door came but to the wrong specification. I have demanded my money back now I have the usual silence from them. This has been going on now for 6 months now with no sight of an end date.

Finally Anglian sent their best fitter to inspect the job. He confirmed the product was not correct and replaced one of the window cassettes. I spoke to their field engineer Russell Best who had advise none of this was possible in the first place. He then informed me that he must see for himself, basically his fitter gave the wrong answer. When he saw for himself Anglian agreed to replace the door slab. This arrived and although this was now flat it was the wrong spec door. Incorrect glass and incorrect handle. Because the old door was so bad their fitter fitted the new door. I signed the customers work completed document as not acceptable. The original door, window and wall cost was approx £1800 Anglian then offered to replace the door to the correct spec but for half this cost i.e £900. I stated I had lost all confidence in Anglian as the first door was not of merchantable quality the second was not as ordered and I wanted my money back. Anglian are refusing to agree now I have a small court claim issued against them. Awaiting outcome.
Anglian just want to fight all the way.

Booking is a nightmare

Booking this event with the company has proved to be very difficult. The events were not available when I wanted. The voucher code had many problems with the sellers website and with the event organiser. I had to chase everything down and close the loop. It was an event in itself organising this mess and not one I would want anyone else to go through. If you like pulling everyone together just to get to the event then this is for you. If you just want a good experience do not use this company.

I am sorry that the event was not running on your preferred dates, many of our activities will run on selected dates therefore I can only apologise for this.

Usually the booking process is extremely easy, you either contact us or the experience provider with your voucher number to make a booking, therefore I am unsure where the problem has occurred. I have a signed contract with Anglian …

I have a signed contract with Anglian Home Improvements to have a new front door, side window and some brickwork. This has taken 2 sales visits where the sales person lost all of the first data on his pc, even thought he let me take a screen grab of the final summary??? The second time seemed to be better we got a contract and purchase order sorted. Survey was completed and we thought all was well until I chased this to find the progress. This was a few days short of a month after the survey was completed. I was passed around and told nothing until the salesman text me to say I needed to pay another £914 as the brick work was not included. The contract states I must be notified in writing explaining why the additional cost within 14 days of the survey. None of this has happened and I am trying to contact Anglian to get this sorted. I contacted their local office, they said to call the sales person, the sales person has now asked me to call regional survey/admin/install dept, why? Surely the contract is legal and they should honour this ? What a mess and with no sign of a clear path to resolution. What a business?

Great service ref delivery

They helped greatly when I incorrectly typed my e-mail and therefore lost the automatic response. I was able to detail this to them they were able to get this sorted and still deliver on time.
