Washing machine part of recall, was told replacement was out of stock and’s it would take two weeks. Three weeks later and still no update, no replacement available. Tried to call, took two days of calling and being on hold for hours before speaking to someone who could tell me nothing.

Edited to add that they got in contact to say they couldn’t give me any idea of how long it will take for the replacement so that does not in anyway resolve my issue.
