I’ve bought a skiing pant and jacket from volcom last year.
Both the jacket and the pants are water nor wind proof, i emailed them about it and they said it was too late to return them…
After using them 1 day in the snow the fabric was already starting to wear out due to poor quality.
Again i emailed volcom customer service about this, but they started to ignore me.
Still i havent received any reply or refund….
