Customer service is shocking

Customer service is shocking. I ordered 2 cushions they arrived 1 large and 1 medium size. I contacted customer service and they asked me to return the item and reorder the correct size. I had already paid £4.99 delivery - now I had to pay £3:90 for the return delivery and a further £4.99 for the new order - £13:88 in delivery costs! I asked if they had a discount code for free delivery (or return) they responded with a very rude "No Sorry"..... its such a shame as the cushions are lovely but I wont be purchasing anything else or recommending them.

As outlined in our returns policy on our website, customers are responsible for return postage costs unless an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Standard delivery charges also apply to new orders. We always aim to be clear and transparent about this in our policy.
