This is 4th Time I have renewed with Direct Gap - I rang to workout how to move from an existing policy to a new one. Customer services were very helpful and friendly. I haven't had to claim at all so can't comment on that experience, But would recommend Direct Gap. Its refreshing to actually talk to someone on the phone
