Great Customer service

The lady on the phone to day was extremely proficient, professional and friendly.
It only took 7 minutes to take out a gap insurance policy for my new car.

Whilst I have been fortunate thus far in not yet having to claim on a policy with Direct Gap they are super efficient in terms of web site and telephone support was really great too in helping me understand the different policies they have. Find their pricing very competitive too and received a refund on an existing policy when effecting a new one - excellent all round experience
