Elddis caravan

We received ourbrand new Elddis Sherwood 860 in a April 2023 after ordering it at the show in October 2022
The dealership was fantastic but the caravan has not been so good all the years we have been caravaning and vans we have owned including a older Elddis caravan this one has been nothing but relentless trouble I would even go as far to say it is a rubbish van we have had damp issues found at its first 2 services water pump issues faulty fitting door blinds broken fridge door broken bathroom door not shutting I am sure there is more but I can’t list them now we have water ingress into bedroom via all the top cupboards water ingress in a complete straight line on the ceiling where there is a join on the roof water ingress in back locker and it’s so cold in the bedroom area we spent a lot of money buying this van and it’s spent quite a bit of time at dealerships being repaired if Elddis are reading this which I very much doubt as they don’t care we feel compensation should be given if not a completely new van
