I wanted help and got exactly what I wanted!
I wanted help regarding booking a flight to India. I used Nicola (in Middlesbrough store) as usual!
I gave Nicola my dates etc and she did the rest. I went into the store to confirm details and pay. This time I met Jorgie. Everything was sorted and paid for within 30 minutes. Exactly what I wanted.
Friendly, efficient, face to face service could not ask for anything more. Thank you ladies and TUI.
