First class care and attention. Both for me and my car! As soon as I arrived on site I was welcomed and immediately dealt with.

Use of a courtesy car was perfect 👌. Lovely car, allowing me to drive home with no inconvenience. Also gave me the opportunity to drive an electric car!

Lawn mower didn’t arrive, so I rang QVC who said they would investigate. Then a parcel did arrive, had my address on and said it was a lawnmower. When I opened it, it was an extremely large sitting Buddha.
I contacted QVC. Excellent customer service. Said they would arrange to pick up the sitting Buddha and my lawnmower should arrive this week. That’s where I am at the moment.
