Ignored when wanting to send the product back for a refund
So I should’ve checked the reviews more thoroughly before ordering, but I requested to send the product back for a refund, still in its full original packaging and completely untouched.
It’s been 3 weeks, and 3 requests to do this and I’ve heard nothing. They ignore the emails in order to not refund. I’m extremely disappointed with this lack of service. My reason for returning is that there have been bad reviews on how it leaves your nails after removal, which is something I struggle to maintain, so I don’t want to risk damaging my actual nail. Other brands appear to be removed more easily and leave less damage. Save yourself your money and put it towards a more professional brand that is capable of at the very least responding to their customers.
