I filled in a return form requesting the return of an item I purchased and received no response. Also no contact details to call or email directly.
I suspect it is because they dont want to give a refund
Shocking service, I won't use this company ever again

I've reviewed what happened and we are sorry for this. We’ve recently had a backlog in approving some return requests which caused a delay in our response.
I can see your return has now been escalated and approved, and we’ve also offered you a free return label on this occasion which is outside of our returns policy. Apologies again for the inconvenience caused.
