A very adaptable system with first class support that is easy to access
I recently moved into a new house which has a Drayton Wiser control system for the heating. I didn’t have any instructions and it was mainly a case of working out what was going on myself, though the previous owner was happy to answer questions.
Initially it seemed very daunting and over complicated but I have grown to love it. Using a mixture of room thermostats and radiator thermostats allows a huge amount of control and personalisation. The app is simple to use and works well. There is a vast amount of help online and it is simple to contact the technical help team at Drayton. Even though I haven’t personally spent money on buying the system the help desk were faultless in their support and response.
I am very impressed by the system and it is reassuring to know there is first class support available should I need it.
