Michelle was very friendly, professional and helpful. She was very patient and helpful as we made our decisions and later as we added to our plan. We were not able to use the new payment process as we did not have online banking on our phone and later we struggled as we had a limit on our account, however, Michelle spent a long time making sure everything went through safely and correctly.
