Yesterday I returned damaged tables I found in my repeat prescription to Boots Queen St. Cardiff.
I was accused by the person, he had no name badge on, of deliberately damaging the tables and complain about the “mess” I made on the counter showing him the damaged tablets.
I spoke to the manager who kindly apologised for his conduct and reassured me that he would be spoke too.
