I ordered a pair of Yonex badminton shoes. Unfortunately they were too small. The bigger size was not in stock. I phoned and was able to send the Yonex ones back and exchange for a pair of Babolat shoes. They were also too small, but I was able to exchange for a larger size. There was no extra charge for the postage as it was an exchange each time. New shoes are really good. Always great service from this company.
