The wrong item has arrived I tried to contact customer services by email and still three days later I’ve not heard anything. Then a review comes through
I have since received a solution and am now very pleased with the service

We’re really sorry again for the picking error from our Warehouse Team.

You contacted us on Friday and, as we don’t operate over the weekend, emails are picked up on Monday morning. As soon as we reopened, we arranged a free collection from your front drive for tomorrow, issued a voucher as an apology, and confirmed that the correct item will be dispatched on Thursday via 24-hour service so it reaches you in time for the weekend.

Our review request emails are automated and are sent to all customers; they are not triggered by support queries.

We completely understand how frustrating it is to receive the wrong item, and we’re sorry the review was left before we had the opportunity to respond and resolve it. We’ve acted as quickly as possible since reopening to put this right.
