Save your time and money and shop elsewhere

Ordered on the 13th of Feb and recieved no communication beyond the original confirmation. Website says my order was delivered to the collection point - which I had to manually track myself.

After multiple trips to the post office, they're not able to find it there and I don't have any confirmation to prove otherwise.

Save your money and shop elsewhere.

I've raised an email with customer service but will be doing a credit card charge back if they don't come back to me with a satisfactory response in 24 hours.
