Awful way to treat a new customer
I signed up to this competition website, placed a single order, and won £500. I filled in the claim form almost immediately but as I didn't hear anything after 24 hours I sent them a message on Facebook.
From here things got really weird. My account was blocked on the website and I was told this is because I was playing in a syndicate. I replied asking for clarification because I do not play with anyone else who was playing at the time and my message was ignored.
Despite inviting me to ask questions in their initial reply, the site has completely blanked me ever since. I have sent follow up messages on both facebook and via email but they have ignored the lot.
I'm still not sure what it is that I have done wrong, but I would strongly advise not playing here as the way they treat new customers is simply ridiculous.
