Awful way to treat a new customer

I signed up to this competition website, placed a single order, and won £500. I filled in the claim form almost immediately but as I didn't hear anything after 24 hours I sent them a message on Facebook.

From here things got really weird. My account was blocked on the website and I was told this is because I was playing in a syndicate. I replied asking for clarification because I do not play with anyone else who was playing at the time and my message was ignored.

Despite inviting me to ask questions in their initial reply, the site has completely blanked me ever since. I have sent follow up messages on both facebook and via email but they have ignored the lot.

I'm still not sure what it is that I have done wrong, but I would strongly advise not playing here as the way they treat new customers is simply ridiculous.

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review of your customer experience. Your initial purchase was flagged as suspicious and potentially fraudulent and your account was subsequently blocked to prevent any further transactions whilst an investigation into the transaction was conducted. As this is a public forum I will not go into details regarding the findings of that investigation however your account remains blocked and no further transactions can be made on it. We have an exemplary customer service ethic and this is reflected in the thousands of 5* reviews we have received in our 5 years of business.
