I signed up to this competition website, placed a single order, and won £500. I filled in the claim form almost immediately but as I didn't hear anything after 24 hours I sent them a message on Facebook.

From here things got really weird. My account was blocked on the website and I was told this is because I was playing in a syndicate. I replied asking for clarification because I do not play with anyone else who was playing at the time and my message was ignored.

Despite inviting me to ask questions in their initial reply, the site has completely blanked me ever since. I have sent follow up messages on both facebook and via email but they have ignored the lot.

I'm still not sure what it is that I have done wrong, but I would strongly advise not playing here as the way they treat new customers is simply ridiculous.

I signed up to this site and won £850 in instant wins after spending around £100. Despite sending in my bank details, ID and a winner's picture as requested, they have now started ignoring me completely. It looks like the company is being wound up and they are trying to extract as much money out of customers as they can before closing down entirely. I would strongly advise against playing here.

Brilliant company that always pay out any winnings promptly. I've been playing for a while and have spent thousands on tickets and they have never once let me down. Sometimes it can be hard to trust some of these sites but the Apex guys are definitely legit and I look forward to continuing to play there.

We ordered our sofa online back in April, paying in full, before there was any public information about Harveys going into administration. The expected delivery time given was 16 weeks.

News broke of Harveys entering administration around the end of June and we were obviously incredibly worried, having no credit card protection to back us up. Contacting Harveys was initially impossible, emails were never replied to and the phone line just cut us off.

Things seem to improve a couple of weeks later when we finally managed to get through on the phone. We were reassured that our sofa would still be delivered and were given a rough date of early August, slightly ahead of schedule. Given the uncertainly, we called every few days just to reconfirm that everything was fine.

On Thursday we received a text saying that our sofa would be arriving the next day, and to much relief it actually did. Thankfully there are no problems with the sofa as I'm sure we'd be out of luck if there were.
