Absolutely shocking

8 days until goods were shipped then the delivery broke down on the day waiting 3 days to get a shipment date again then the following week a delivery date was announced and when it came only 2 off 3 doors arrived and no communication from them and after 45 minutes waiting on phone the call dropped off and no answer. I have put carpet fitters off now twice . Yes the first time wasn’t in there control but 2nd delivery was a different company and he said only 2 doors were at pickup location after I was told by the saleswomen all was booked for delivery

We're sorry to hear of the issues you have experienced with your order.

Unfortunately, the first delivery failed due to a van break down, after this the goods had to be returned to the delivery depot to be rebooked for a new delivery date. When breakdowns happen we do request with the couriers that all deliveries are booked back out as quickly as possible, however can only apologise for the delays in this.

Regarding the missing item, we never send an order incomplete to the couriers without the customers approval of a split delivery , your order was sent in full to the couriers.

Rhenus who attempted the first delivery have recently been acquired by DX who delivered your second delivery. It is showing on our system that the couriers were unable to locate one of the doors in their warehouse and requested that we send them a replacement, however we were not notified of this until the day of delivery.

We completely understand your frustration; this is not the level of service we aim to provide our customers with and would like to apologise again for the inconvenience this has caused you.
