Doors were really good value for money for me as I needed 4 so the delivery charge was also considered as part of the overall cost; the doors are good quality and arrived perfect, just been fitted and the joiner was pleased with them all, not finished yet so no review but they have a nice detailed and smooth surface to work with so guess the finish is down to the decorator now.

Ordered four doors, only two delivered and both damaged, courier refused to take the damaged door back

I've ordered 5 doors. It took ages for the doors to be delivered. When delivered 1 door was missing. I've called Vibrant Doors, waited on the queue for 25 minutes, the call was dropped. Called back again took 15 minutes to speak to someone . He did not help, was just saying "I Imagine". I told him that I have not paid you with Imaginary Money and paid you with real money. He did nothing and hanged up on me. I never buy anything from Vibrant doors, there are so many local supplier, a bit more expensive but would not rip you off by not delivery the most expensive item on your order. A day is gone no news from Vibrant Doors or their courier.

Vibrant doors didn’t have my whole order in stock but let me split the delivery at know extra cost. Both delivery drivers Josh and Mark were top class and so helpful.

Dreadful customer service. Take ages to answer the phone, rarely answer emails. Only received one door so had a joiner in my house only able to do half a job causing inconvenience and more cost. No apology provided. Item came 2 days later than told it would. Was meant to receive 2nd door today after complaint, had an email saying delivered and it’s not. I shouldn’t have to continually chase up a company to find out what’s happening with my order - they claim original door was damaged in transit but seems a very unorganised and unprofessional company. Was going to order another 5 doors but I won’t bother!

I ordered a door. The first delivery was damaged in transit and therefore not delivered. It’s now over a month and I still don’t have a confirmation of when it will be delivered.
Very frustrating as waiting to fit the door

The order was directed to the main supplier in the UK, who later informed me it would be delayed, despite me paying for express delivery. I specifically chose this item for the express option, as cheaper alternatives had longer delivery times. In the end, I paid more but received the items in the same timeframe as the cheaper option with a longer lead time. I also emailed about a refund for the express delivery a few days ago but have had no response, either due to slow replies or being ignored. I would never use this service again or recommend it, as the customer service is clearly not doing its job. Will see how long it will take to get the refund back as had no response from seller just had communication from deanta who are the stock holders .its been 11 says all ready without response. another company who does not want to employ the staff and truing to do as little as possible just by selling other companies stock.

I've always been the kind of person that likes to go and check a product out before buying and find that stores online can be a bit misleading. I had seen a door that I liked on vibrant doors and it had a pretty decent price tag. I never know what to expect once the order has been placed, but vibrant doors kept me informed throughout, with a message from the driver the day before giving me a 3 hour time slot. Sure enough, the driver arrived with the door, and I'm not sure whether it's because I have been suffering from ill health for a while, but it is a heavy door. Excellent! That's just what I wanted. A good quality door that was partially glazed. Vibrant doors is definitely in my saved list for some future projects coming up. From start to finish I think it was about 4 or 5 working days. They've definitely got my 5 star seal of approval.

Ordered an oak veneer door and product arrived looking nothing like the shade advertised on the website.
The door cost approx £90 and then shipping costs - very standard. However, to return the product for not matching the advertised image, the company tried to charge me £72.
I was told that the colour different is due to "natural variation", however, the image does not match the website at all.

Lovely doors with fast delivery and the delivery driver was polite and kept me updated on delivery time. They look lovely and really pleased.

I bought 5 solid core oak veneered doors. Only 2 matched the image in the catalog the other three were completely different looking as well as being manufactured differently too. They also supplied the wrong coloured lock barrel for a toilet door, black barrel and know with brushed steel. They fobbed me off with “as these doors are made with real wood and no two trees are the same no two doors are the same”. Nonsense the three doors look like carbon copies and the other two look exactly like the catalog picture. I think I got two old stock doors and three new stock or vice versa, which they wouldn’t acknowledge. compensate or change! PATHETIC so looking at previous reviews it would seem I should have expected this company not to be able to supply any doors that look the same. Clearly either using a mix of suppliers/mix of old and new stock/ have a mix of doors manufactured differently. I sent photos of the proof but they would listen, very very poor

The customer service provided by this company is rated 0/5. Their inability to provide a reliable courier, who is actually worse than Evri, is astounding. Like many other customers, I experienced multiple failed deliveries because the courier did not attempt to deliver, sent a message the night before, and then failed to arrive at the indicated time.

The main issue is that this company has taken my money but has not delivered the goods. I am currently waiting over three weeks past the original delivery date. Ironically, I spent over an hour on the phone, only to find that they were unable to track down my goods.

Absolutely shocking
8 days until goods were shipped then the delivery broke down on the day waiting 3 days to get a shipment date again then the following week a delivery date was announced and when it came only 2 off 3 doors arrived and no communication from them and after 45 minutes waiting on phone the call dropped off and no answer. I have put carpet fitters off now twice . Yes the first time wasn’t in there control but 2nd delivery was a different company and he said only 2 doors were at pickup location after I was told by the saleswomen all was booked for delivery
