My order was never delivered to my address, it stated on Royal Mail that it was delivered and showed an image of my order on a random bin....
I tried to reach out to customer service via phone and the number didn't work, I then tried to use the live chat bot which stated it wasn't online and that i would receive an email which i did not. I reached out myself via email and never got a response.
