This company is a disgrace
This company is a disgrace. My lights were dispatched 4 weeks ago, still not revieved. Tracking not changed status in 3 weeks. Have chased customer services team 4 times. Still not resolving. Clearly items are lost yet no offer to send replacements. Feel like my only option is to escalste to my credit card provider. Never.experienced such poor customer service in my life.
