This evening I had a video meeting with Lauren O’Brien to set up a joint bank account. Whilst I was not looking forward to the meeting after a long day at work, thinking it would be very boring (death by Ts and Cs), Lauren was energetic and friendly throughout. I was very pleased with the service I received from Lauren, and it was really convenient to have the meeting online - we would have struggled attending the appointment around our working hours if it wasn’t for the video banking option!
