What a transformation to my elderly mother’s gut health. After coming out of hospital after 8 weeks, we had nothing but very very upset stomach issues. My brother finally listened to me regarding her diet. I put her on dairy free and gluten free meals and it transformed her. She really enjoys all the meals but did mention more potatoe dishes instead of so many rice 😁. I’ve now changed a few meals to just gluten free for variety
