I am disappointed that means are chosen for me as if I lack the capacity to make an informed decision.
I end up binning some of the food, for me most dishes lack flavour. I like spicy food, therefore, your food taste far too bland for my taste.
I know, you dont like people who dont give you 5 STARS, and you might comment negatively on my post. The trust has to be told though !
I am cancelling my subscription ASAP!

Our plans can include pre-selected meals based on the goals chosen during sign-up, but customers can customise or swap meals each week if they prefer different options. We understand it’s frustrating if you’ve ended up with dishes that weren’t to your taste, especially if some have gone to waste.
Taste is always personal, and while many of our customers enjoy the flavour profiles, we appreciate that some may prefer stronger or spicier dishes. Feedback like this is helpful for our team as we continue reviewing and developing the menu.
