Bugs with re-ordering system going unfixed / ignored
I have previously left a good review, and had several years good service. However, their reordering system (“express checkout”, where you follow a link they send you) has been broken for months.
In Nov 2025 I tried reordering my repeat meds and the 'Place Order' button was greyed out. I emailed support, they placed the order for me and noted the bug in their system. Jan 2026: same issue – reported again, with screenshots. They again placed the order for me. You guess the next bit. Mar 2026: same issue. This time, they have not got back to me in 3 days.
I do find it inexcusable to leave a bug like that unfixed for 4+ months and then ghost on support, too.
*Update*: following this review, the company did reply on the support thread after 6 days, as well as below. However, they still do not seem to understand the issue and suggested I could (once again) provide them with exhaustive information to raise another IT ticket – rather than prioritise the fix I notified months ago, and which they said in January was a known issue.
