Where is the customer service?

I will keep this brief but the story is huge. The most difficult company to talk to despite their name. I was without broadband for 12 days in Nov/Dec 2025. A large part of village was without due to a major fault down to National Grid and Open Reach. I contacted this my provider, many times and didn't manage to talk to a real person. They then refused to pay compensation and said they were not informed of the outage. On the recommendation of Ofcom I took the case to CEDR, the arbitration scheme, and the compensation has been paid. I had to provide phone records and emails as proof that they did know. I can't wait for June to arrive when I can switch provider. I was transferred to TalkTalk by my former broadband provider Shell. This is the second problem I've had since moving over to them. It is impossible to speak to a human being. Never give up with this company to get service. TalkTalk please don't bother answering this with your usual banal offerings. Nothing changes.
