I didn't desperately want to attend the course but actually it was very good. The information was presented in a sensible and concise way. I wasn't made to feel like a naughty child (which is what I had been dreading). I did it online and the instructor was excellent (which makes it bad that I've forgotten her name, sorry 🙈, I remember she was from Gloucestershire), just the right level of light hearted and serious.
