Do not shop here if there is a chance you need to return your items.

Sent my items back as per their returns policy, luckily they confirmed via email (only after I asked for confirmation) that they received my return & that I would need to wait 28 days for my refund.

It has now been 5 weeks since I returned the products & have received no refund & they have ignored 3 of my emails now. I have emailed & explained that this will be reported to Trading Standards via Citizens Advice if no response is received within a week. I am still waiting on that response.
