Je suis satisfait du services…en partie
Je suis satisfait du services TLSContact Douala, depuis l'accueil (vigile) jusqu'à la réception de l'opératrice de saisie. Le seul bémol s'est produit au niveau de la caisse. J'ai été facturé 107.500 FCFA pourtant lorsque j'additionne les montant TTC des différents services que j'ai souscris volontaire je suis à 102.090 FCFA . Malgré la remarque faite à la caissière , elle n'a rien voulu comprendre. Bref dans l'ensemble je suis satisfait. Merci
