I have already submitted tickets through the "Contact us" page on your website, but I have not received any response or even a ticket/reference number.
For your reference, here are the details of both bookings:

Very thorough

Very thorough, friendly and dedicated. Great that we can go to PE now for a Belgian Schengen Visa. It saves a lot of costs and are very convenient for clients from small places in the Eastern Cape (Makhanda), so that we do not have to travel to Cape Town. Hope to be able to get a Netherlands Office there soon!!!

Useless Online Booking System

Very frustrating experience. I stayed up until midnight on Saturday just to secure Super Priority for my ILR application, only to find that I’ve been unable to book my (Anytime) biometric appointment ever since due to ongoing issues with the TLSContact platform.
No matter what I try — selecting different options, switching centres, using different computers, clearing browsing data, different browsers, different networks — the system keeps kicking me back to the appointment selection page. It’s clearly a serious technical problem and numerous people experiencing similar problems, yet nothing seems to be done about it.
For a process that people pay a significant amount of money for, it’s unacceptable that applicants are effectively held hostage by one company/platform that doesn’t function properly. If this is the only route available, the least TLSContact could do is provide a faster, more effective way of resolving these issues.
Submitted a complaint but now it is a waiting game to see when (if) this will be resolved.

Make sure all your paper work is in order, also note that TLScontact does not take cash so when you are going for your appointment payment are only with card.

Clean, secure office with clear signage; check-in is orderly and staff at the counters are generally professional.
• Online appointment system works and SMS/email updates are reliable.
• Biometric capture and document submission are efficient once you’re called.

Applying for a french long stay visa


Applying for a french long stay visa can be a tortuous process. Once the application is completed and the TLS website is accessed the trouble begins. Often applications when submitted fail to be validated/accepted resulting in having to input data again. We also had difficulties getting an appointment.
Contact with the helpline can be hit or miss, depending who picks up the call. We have experienced both exceptional service or no help at all!
However, once at the Manchester Centre our experience changes for the better. Staff are helpful, courteous and very efficient. Elham provided exceptional service today.

Terribly awful experience

Terribly awful experience on their site with error after error after error. No appointment slots for 4months..! None! not even for premium £100! I perfer VFS!

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever, verry bad service, here is my situation, I tried to apply for a France visa for my wife who's on spouse visa and I am British citizen, my father-in-law is a French citizen who is suffering from cancer ,so we just wanted to visit him ,but after all the hard work ive done to get all documents ready including Eurostar tickets for the whole family ,booking simply cannot be done no matter how many times I have tried, I called TLS contact Wansdworth London several times the keep giving me useless advices such as try to call the consulate , or try to call the embassy and explain the situation , I did not get any joy as who ever i got contact with , they sent me back to TLS contact , so I decided to go to Wandsworth TLS contact In London , I had to speak to security to get me a supervisor to speak to , supervisor came and after explaining that I am a British citizen and mi wife is on spouse visa needs to visit her father who's a French citizen and suffering from cancer so the supervisor did not want to help us making a booking instead she gave me an email address visa..................gouv.fr ,I sent an email to them with all proves from Hospital and all requested document for a visa but never heard back from them Now I am about to cancel my euro star tickets to get back 1 third of the price that cost me .Terrible supervisor terrible staff Useless unprofessional, bad service bad booking system pure rubbish wasting people 's time and ruining people's plans

so Basically they referred me again to the French consulate , that proves they dont know what they are doing , as I called French consulate they replied please go back to TLS contact ,How bad is that? telling and making customers going circles .

you barely get logged in, but you are easily logged out by the stupid server. They also often says your username and password is invalid, and prevent you from logging in, but the truth is their server is dead. They always ban you for 2 hours if you click a same button for three times, but the truth is the server does not react at all during your first clicks.
And they say you can get in touch through messages or calls, but nobody answer calls at all, and messages take 10 - 15 working days to get a response. These are so disappointing and stressful.
All in all, I can't believe the French government chose using such a rubbish third party service for their visa application!

J'ai été facturé 107.500 FCFA pourtant lorsque j'additionne les montant TTC des différents services que j'ai souscris volontaire je suis à 102.090 FCFA . Malgré la remarque faite à la caissiÚre , elle n'a rien voulu comprendre. Bref dans l'ensemble je suis satisfait. Merci
