Reaccurring Delays in Delivery - Evesham Branch?
I use the Evesham Branch and it seems that when I order an item which is shown and in stock it comes back as for next day delivery. Okay I accept this, but then the next day it says your order is further delayed. These are basic items such as M6 bolts? It seems to be happening on a routine basis. So my first go to is now Toolstation, which seems to deliver on its promises.

Thank you for getting in touch. I’m really sorry for the inconvenience you’ve experienced. Sometimes things do go wrong, and I appreciate how frustrating it is when items shown as in stock switch to next‑day delivery and then face further delays.
These are basic items, and you should be able to rely on them being available when promised. I completely understand why this has led you to look elsewhere, and I’m sorry we’ve fallen short of expectations.
