My boiler stopped working yesterday 16/3/26. After contacting 0800 repair an engineer came out that evening. He said that he needed to order a replacement part, which he then did.
Next day the office contacted me, spoke to Chloe, to arrange fitting the new part, which will be done Thursday morning, 19/3/26.
Very good service and hopefully all working again then.
