To much beuroracy if you're disabled and going through a funding scheme. You have no control over your own property they don't seem to know how to treat disabled people especially mentally ill ones.

Boiler service…
Faith called to remind me my boiler needed servicing and booked me an appointment I also asked for my neighbour to have his serviced at same time and she booked him in as well can’t fault the service I have received

My boiler stopped working yesterday…
My boiler stopped working yesterday 16/3/26. After contacting 0800 repair an engineer came out that evening. He said that he needed to order a replacement part, which he then did.
Next day the office contacted me, spoke to Chloe, to arrange fitting the new part, which will be done Thursday morning, 19/3/26.
Very good service and hopefully all working again then.

Booking in a booker service for my elderly father
