Horrible experience
Hello,
I ordered a Neo65 Core Plus last October, and I didn't receive any update about it since then, even though I asked several times.
The Keygem team seems to ignore mails and Discord messages, even though I pinged them and asked countless times.
I have now been asking for a refund for a month, they answered me ONCE asking if I wanted store credit or credit card refund. They didn't reply to any of my other emails.
This is basically disrespectful and shows unprofessional behaviour, whatever the company's difficulties.
I would not recommend this shop whatsoever, and according to Discord messages it seems like I'm not the only one.
