Bad returns process, no refund
I have never written on Trustpilot before, but I felt I had to share my experience this time.
The clothes themselves are lovely, which makes this even more disappointing. I had actually seen negative reviews about their returns process online, but chose to ignore them and place an order anyway — which I now regret.
The returns system has been terrible. I followed the instructions exactly and even paid extra for tracked and signed delivery to make sure the item reached them. Despite this, I’ve been told there are “no notes or updates” on my return, which makes it feel like they are simply choosing not to acknowledge it.
There has been very little communication, and I’ve been left chasing my own refund with no clear answers.
At this point, I would not order from Sorelle again, and I would strongly warn others to be cautious — especially if you think you may need to return anything.
