Cheap seconds! Silver Groove T bar necklace..
Ordered a Silver Groove necklace, arrived with a link missing, have returned but still no refund. I ordered a new one only to find that this time the T bar was missing and the chain has been joined to the hoop, so there is no way it will fit over an adult head let alone a child. I’ve now wasted a significant amount of money time and energy on cheap product and terrible customer service!
