the CS team is patient when i need help on checking the delivery status and refund arrangement.

Broken earring twice. Had to repair and then get replaced. Once I replaced the earring broke again resulting in it falling out. This all happened within 3 months of getting them. Clearly a defect in design or production
Refused to refund as the earrings despite having brought from the brand multiple times and they being quiet expensive (for only a few wears!)
Real shame especially as my mum had another pair of earring that broke from them and she didn’t ask for a refund but after it happened again it felt only fair that I request a refund
Feels like the brand has lost its integrity

Accidentally made a duplicate order but was luckily rectified by Harley who was extremely helpful and friendly. Also highly recommend this brand for any special occasion gifts as it is lovely quality and beautifully packaged.

Dont like the product

I love this shop whether it’s shopping online or in any of the stores. The products are excellent great choice great quality but the after service Care is exceptional. I’ve had occasion to return two bracelets recently the last one was a bangle and it was covered in tarnish. I’m not sure what happened but there was no question it was taken back and I was given three options a replacement and a pair or a gift voucher. Jacob who dealt with the enquiry was polite incredibly fast and very helpful. Even returning the item for repair was free. It is this exceptional service that gives you the confidence to keep buying.

Lucy at Sefridges / Trafford was superb. She gave me honest and open advice with style, along with help and choices with engraving.
Lucy at Selfridges gave me plenty of options; she was patient, very relaxed and made me feel comfortable with the purchase. The help and her knowledge on personalising the items was brilliant.

I chose my two pendants and was given help to personalise each. I returned 20 minutes later and I'm genuinely grateful for the help and appreciation of Lucy in particular, a real asset to Monica Vinader.

Frequent customer with MV and the customer service is always amazing both in store and online. My most recent experience exchanging an item was resolved quickly and easily via WhatsApp Lois was especially helpful assisting with this.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The jewelery was of a high standard and the warranty is great.

Sadly, my necklace broke. I was really impressed to see that Monica Vinader offer a 5 year warranty and repair service but unfortunately I couldn’t find my order number from 2022. Jacob from customer support was really helpful in finding my old order number from my post code and I was able to request a repair. Really great customer service all around and really grateful my necklace can be repaired.

Great service from Harley after several attempts to get the same issue resolved numerous times!

I had found the bracelet I had ordered just over a week ago now had a significant discount.

I was told a several times I would need to return my bracelet and then reorder just to obtain the discount which seemed a long winded way to resolve it.

Harley picked up my issue and simply refunded the difference saving me a load of time and effort.

Pieces from MV and at least 3 pieces have had to be returned because they have tarnished. Initially MV’s returns policy was excellent and they would replace anything immediately but that has changed and items have to be sent off taking months before they are returned. After the most recent return I suggested to my daughter to take the refund and buy elsewhere. Very disappointing as we all

I I have purchased various peices of Jewellery from Monica Vinader, mainly earrings and bracelets,or some have been purchased for me from family members, because they know I like their products.

They always alway arrive well packaged and presented. I always look forward to opening them on arrival, the feel and the colour of the miniature draw jewellery boxes and seeing the the shiny pieces glimmering when they have been unwrapped, is a lovely experience!

The only one time have experienced any issues with my jewellery was only once, where there was a faulty clasp, which was a gift. I contacted their customer service when it kept unclasping. The staff were amazing, they communicated with me throughout, until the issue was resolved and the item was replaced. I really couldn't be happier!

It's great to know that there are still reputable companies out there that care about their products and the customers that purchase them too, the quality of the jewellery combined with the reliability of their customer service for any post sales issues speaks volumes for its longevity.
