first time shopping with Monica Vinader, didn't even know what gold vermeil was at first but I have to admit that I am overly impressed by their customer service team . Spoke to Harley on WhatsApp got back me quick time and sorted me out was expecting to wait at least an hour or something. Missus loves the bangle too so brownie points for me 👍
Chat AI gets a little annoying but gets the job done and well worth the patience
