Great Customer Service from Mya
This review is only for the experience I had today with Mya from customer service. My full review from the salesperson is a completely different story and review.
Today was day two of my installation of my new Wren kitchen and there were two major issues that I was told would happen by the installers and that was not the case. I ordered and paid for under cabinet lighting and was told that the installation team would install it but found out that I needed an electrician for that. Then I was told by the Pre-fit technician that my microwave was not up to code, that it had to be 30" above the stovetop. Found out that was not accurate, that 18" is all I needed. After talking to my salesperson about this issue and needed a mock cabinet to screw the microwave into, because the soffit above would not hold it. Never received what I asked for and would have ordered an upper cabinet had I been told the right info. Called Mya twice today and she was absolutely fabulous and cared about what I was going thru and so apologetic. She helped with everything today and even moved up my templating appt. 2 day's and ordered me the upper cabinet and didn't charge me for it as a sign of good faith with my issues. Mya really turned my stressful situation into a positive outcome which I am forever grateful for her patience and kindness. Thank You so much Mya you get 5 star's from me. As far as my salesman, I will be contacting corporate about his leaving out many details and his half truths. This is unacceptable!!
