Good points, bad points
Good points:
App interface (in general), making it easy to pay others, surfacing useful information about spending/financial patterns.
Bad points:
Business model is based on monetising your identity, and it’s pretty clear they don’t have the actual people to respond when anything goes wrong, relying on AI (or less intelligent bots) as the only meaningful recourse for users.
