I am sorry to hear that your order arrived late, I can understand how disappointing this must have been. In this case, I see that your parcel became lost with the courier, for which we apologise, it is of course not something we would expect. As soon as this was identified a replacement was sent out on an Express Service and the delivery charge refunded as a gesture of apology.
