💯 per cent response rate, 3 days new hoover.
Ask for a few images and questions which is expected when you purchase an item and something goes wrong. May be a fault on customers side.if instructions and care are not taken.
I could have purchased a £400.00 hoover and I don’t think i would have received the customer service I received from Aleksandra and Beldray.
My hoover was £59.99excellent quality, excellent suction and all round excellent value, don’t know what happened🤷‍♀️just one of those electric mishaps but offered a refund and I asked if I could have a replacement hoover not a refund.
Writing this review because I’ve purchased more expensive hoovers in the past but honestly I have praised my Beldray hoover up since I purchased it and even though little hiccup I would have 💯 gone and purchased another one if they had said no replacement just refund. We say you get what you pay for things but sometimes just sometimes give something a chance and you will be surprised!!!
