Do Not Buy this type of product or there cordless cavume they say 3 year guarantee but they always try to get out of it so they don't have to give you a new vacuum, mine broke with in the 6 month and the retailer was great and changed it with out any questions not like Eldray that do anything to get out of the 3 year guarantee knowing there products have issues as other reviews show.
There customers service is really poor I will never buy any product from this company and I DO NOT RECOMMENDED ANY ONE TO BUY ANY OF THERE PRODUCTS.

Ask for a few images and questions which is expected when you purchase an item and something goes wrong. May be a fault on customers side.if instructions and care are not taken.
I could have purchased a £400.00 hoover and I don’t think i would have received the customer service I received from Aleksandra and Beldray.
My hoover was £59.99excellent quality, excellent suction and all round excellent value, don’t know what happened🤷‍♀️just one of those electric mishaps but offered a refund and I asked if I could have a replacement hoover not a refund.
Writing this review because I’ve purchased more expensive hoovers in the past but honestly I have praised my Beldray hoover up since I purchased it and even though little hiccup I would have 💯 gone and purchased another one if they had said no replacement just refund. We say you get what you pay for things but sometimes just sometimes give something a chance and you will be surprised!!!

I still haven't received the item. On 4 March you emailed to say it had been shipped, but where is it? It's now 17 March.

The order was received in the time promised. Good communication was gien on progress of order. The radiator airers and the microfibre cloths I purchased are good quality products.

I ordered a clothes airer, I was very impressed with the quality of the product, it does a good job. The speed of the delivery was also impressive, couldn't fault them. I will certainly orderer from Beldray again and recommend to friends.
