I've been receiving emails and letters…

I've been receiving emails and letters from BT for the last three months telling me to renew my contract.
I'm unable to access it on line and whenever I call I'm told there is "an issue with my account. "
Someone must know something about me since I keep receiving bills!
Come Monday morning 23rd March I won't know if I have phone service, broadband, my home emergency system or what I'll be paying!
I've never known such rubbish service in my life.
