Only good things to say
There was a slight delay in the items arriving (took about 2 weeks maybe) - which I had been expecting from a couple of reviews and I wasn't in a hurry. But the fact that the owner Chris emailed (and I think tried to call) to apologise unprompted for the delay is outstanding customer service!! Beautiful ethos all around, what a great company
