There was a slight delay in the items arriving (took about 2 weeks maybe) - which I had been expecting from a couple of reviews and I wasn't in a hurry. But the fact that the owner Chris emailed (and I think tried to call) to apologise unprompted for the delay is outstanding customer service!! Beautiful ethos all around, what a great company

I always check Couling Sewing Machine's website before any other for sewing machine items, and have ordered from them for about the last year. I've started repairing machines too so I need a wide variety of parts. 9 times out of 10 they have what I need and they always post very quickly. One time I sent a query, and got a same-day response. Highly recommend

Accu was the only place I could source some unusual-sized washers, to replace broken ones from a 1960's sewing machine. The price was very good and the packet arrived quickly. The product is well made and solid, and was so excited that it fit the old machine and helped get it running again. Cheers, will definitely shop here again!!

I bought Nitrilon Nitrile Coated Gloves from safety gloves. I use them to protect my hands from grease, oil, solvents and sharp edges. I used the measuring chart to gauge the size and it worked out well. The website has loads of information and a ton of gloves to choose from depending on your needs. I had fast delivery and have worn the gloves several times since buying. They do the job brilliantly and will be buying from safety gloves again in the future, thank you.

Beautiful fabric!! I just received my fabric and my expectations have been far exceeded. Delivery was slow so worth bearing in mind depending your needs (it was 2 weeks between order and arrival within the same country), but it was well worth the wait and price. I love this shop, it has an incredible range of fabrics and other sewing items. But the website is sooooo slow!!! While it's buffering for ages, I inevitably end up looking at your competitors' websites and end up making a purchase there. Hope you can improve this somehow as it's a great shop

So impressed with the quality and nutritional value of the shake powder I bought. I have chronic fatigue due to a daily medication I have to take, this powder helps me get complete vitamins and minerals and I'm hoping in time it will help improve my energy levels. I know Evri has a bad reputation, but I wonder if it varies by area. I order through eBay a lot so often get packages via Evri, and I’ve always had reliable service and feel confident that if I have post delivered by them it’ll turn up fine in good time. Local delivery person is friendly enough too. Their service has in recent times become far more quick and reliable than Royal Mail in my experience, whereas it used to be the other way around

I’ve ordered online twice from Hobbycraft: both times the packages despatched the same day I ordered, and arrived within 2 days. I’ve needed to use the Live Chat twice and both times got a quick and helpful reply. I think their online service is excellent

I've bought dozens of books from WeBuyBooks and find them to be trustworthy and reliable. I've only needed refunds twice and had them both dealt with promptly and fairly (this was for sales on their eBay shop). I've sent a couple of boxes to them so far of my own books and felt I've received a fair price in return. Not a fortune but that's to be expected and it's far easier and nicer than other options e.g. carboot sale. So in my experience, a good service all round and would recommend

I ordered a free sample of eco-friendly polybags from Polybags Ltd; the sample came very quickly with a courtesy message and a few little gifts. I thought that was a nice touch! The polybags are a cheaper price per bag than my previous supplier and also better eco-credentials so placed an order for 1000x (polybags made of recycled plastic). Free and fast delivery. The glue takes a while to seal, so at first I thought they wouldn't hold. Turns out they do seal well, it just takes a minute or so. Good customer care follow-up too, which I always appreciate. Unless something unforeseen changes, I will happily continue to order with Polybags Ltd. Thank you

Very happy with my experience with Monitor my Health. Everything was very speedy, well-explained, convenient and felt safe. I will do another test in 6 months or so to do a comparison of one of the results I’m focusing on. I’ve only knocked a star off because I found the blood-taking a lot more painful than expected. It’s been a week and a half since I used the little stabby tool for both ring fingers, and if I rub them on something accidentally it’s still quite sore even now. For the first few days after I had to make a conscious effort to avoid touching anything with the side of those fingers as it was pretty painful. I had to make 3 little wounds in all for the blood taking (I needed to fill 2 tubes). The one on the side of my middle finger was completely fine, perhaps the ring fingers are more sensitive, I don’t know. It’s not a criticism at all of the company, it cannot be helped, but just something I thought other folks might like to be aware of ahead of time in case they experience similar things.

Lovely company, and always quick delivery. I have quite a few of their items now and all are top quality and warming. I am enjoying the full length long-johns, I get cold very easily and these are really helping keep me warm at night. Come winter I know I will be toasty. Also they sent out an email to customers recently which made me think they are a very kind-hearted company with great ethics. Cheers

I think Coupert is great so I came here to rate them and was surprised it has a low score. Their coupons work 9 times out of 10, I've saved a lot of money. And I've received about £20 in cash back so far via PayPal. Yeah the little widget is sometimes pretty annoying but you can move it or snooze it, I don't see it as that much of an issue.

THE BEST. The most comfy underwear I've ever had. So far I have pants, bras and a comfort top from Wilde Mode, I can't believe how well they fit. Soft and supportive to boot, and very well-made. Customer for life

So cool! I bought Thredbo slippers in chocolate and cream. They look kind of like moccasin boots. I bought size 6.5 which is my shoe size, but they came up way too big. Usually getting an exchange/return is a hassle, but the returns process is VERY easy and simple, and free. Royal Mail picked them up from my front door, and then my exchanged size 6 boots came along a few days later. They are comfy and I like the fact I can wear them even when I need to nip outside for something. The ethics are brilliant so all around a fab buy, and will be getting my mum a pair for Christmas. Basically, I received the wrong size socks, emailed customer service and never received a response. Of the 2 pairs of socks I ordered, the ones that were the right size fit very badly.

There was no dispatch email (until yesterday, 2 months later!!), just received a parcel via a random carrier "ATL" that turned up without notification from CC. Socks were chucked into a large paper parcel bag, no wrapping or anything. My order was £35 altogether, so would expect a little care and thanks for that price.

It’s all well and good having your clothing manufactured top to bottom in the UK, but if you don't care about your customers and your clothing quality is poor, then what’s the point? There were other items I had considered buying with CC but have since shopped elsewhere.

Perhaps it’s telling that they haven’t claimed this Trustpilot page, and don’t ask for feedback from their customers.
