Since my accident last year I've met some amazing humans, from passersby helping us, emergency services, doctors and therapists and, Olivia in the Welfare & Benefits Team at Irwin Mitchell. Olivia has been on myside, supporting me, helping me get my life back on track with kind professionalism and expertise to help me navigate the unfamiliar welfare and benefits system and ALL the paperwork. She made it all so much easier and manageable, she has always been delightful to speak to. She and the team are a huge asset to Irwin Mitchell and I'm immensely grateful to her.
